Dear Heads of Foreign States from around the world.

This letter is meant to reach the Chairman of the Global Ethnic Community, the Chairman of the Moor Community, the Chairman of the Hmong Community and the Chairman of the Asian Overseas Community.

I am pleased to announce together with all members and founding shareholders of the Global Gold Bank System and World Trade Center System, the following:

- We wish to affirm that our system belongs to the Global Ethnic Community and the Asian Overseas Community and is poised to cooperate with the governments of all countries to issue the World Money Gold and World Money Silver (99.99 physical gold and silver), guaranteed to issue gold and silver certificates for the exchange of goods and combined with countries in the future to issue Asian currency for tourism, overseas education, and the investment of social security projects to develop a strongly connected community to emerge post the Covid-19 pandemic period.
